The service. MyEncourageMaker provides an AI-powered tool that responds to user-submitted text with encouragement and references to true stories ("Responses"). The service is free and supported by advertising.

Not professional advice. Responses are encouragement, not counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are struggling with your mental health or safety, please contact a qualified professional or, in the US, call or text 988.

Your content. You retain rights in what you submit. To the extent we hold rights in Responses, we grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any personal purpose.

Story submissions. If you email us a story for possible inclusion in our library, you confirm it is true to the best of your knowledge and grant us permission to publish an edited version with the name you provide. We may decline or edit any submission.

Acceptable use. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; do not use the Site to harass; do not access the service by automated means or interfere with its operation.

No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Changes. We may modify the Site or these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
